Relaxed. Think they just wanted to see if Id fit into the team to be honest. As long as youre friendly and have an interest in the outdoors you should be good
CV required and interview depends on each individual manager at the store and whether they like your CV. If they decide to interview you based on CV they invite you to the store and ask you questions related to your experience etc
