The interview process consisted of 3 interviews with the team and then a 20-minute presentation. The interviews were pretty straight forward. They were approximately 30 mins long and went over my experience and the scope of the role. I spent a decent amount of time preparing for the interviews and the presentation. I sent thank you/follow up emails to each person I interviewed with and never heard anything back. I am disappointed that I never heard back after going through that many interviews and a presentation. I think that is incredibly disrespectful and hopefully in the future they do not treat other candidates like this.
