Thanks for taking the time to give us this feedback. All feedback is helpful to us as we look to continually improve our processes and candidate experience.
We pride ourselves on the overwhelmingly positive feedback we receive on our candidate experience and, I believe a big reason for that positive feedback is that we generally do such a great job of getting back to candidates quickly and keeping them informed throughout the process. That is clearly not what happened in this case, and for that I apologize. This is unacceptable, and while incredibly rare, we will examine the details of what happened here to ensure it does not happen to any candidate moving forward.
