      Interview

      Overall, felt like a positive and personal experience. Questions were challenging enough, but the tone was conversational so it did not feel more stressful than it needed to be. Allowed me to talk about my strengths, experience, and interests in the field as opposed to focusing on how much or little I knew about the specific industry. Seemed genuinely committed to finding the best match for their team and clients.
