Application takes 2 weeks to review, then a panel interview with 3 heads of departments then an offer of employment. They also do a background check and a credit history on perspective employees.

Interview
The interview process was not too bad. We sat down and they were very respectful. They asked basic questions about Machinist related tasks. I submitted a drug test before being able to interview for the position.
