Completed an initial HR screening, which was pretty straight forward and basic. Was asked about salary expectations but given no insight into what the salary was for the position.
I had a second interview with the head of the Law Enforcement Response team. The interviewer was 5 min late to the online call, and seemed more fixated on my location rather than my skills. Was asked three situational questions. I was then ghosted and when I finally reached out for feedback, they said I didn't have experience with a 'high-pace workload'.
