Initial interview was a competency interview to check if I understood the role and the company. They checked if I aligned with their candidate criteria by asking why I want a career in sales and why Smoothwall to get an initial idea on my motivations. Final interview was a 10 minute presentation about myself and further competency questions to check if I suited their work environment and role. They genuinely seemed interested in my personality, asking my motivations and general experience - very conversational while being professional and didn't feeling too formal.
