The manager I interviewed with made it a long and drawn out process. I'm talking months and months of no communication after in-person interview so you are left wondering where you are in the hiring process. I felt like I was caught between contacting/emailing him too much (and being a nuisance) or not enough.

Question 1
The online test was total BS but not unexpected. Just answer the questions as if you are the most outgoing person in the world and will talk to anyone in any situation.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2024
Interview
It was a prompted and recorded submission process. You only had two recorded attempts and if you messed up the first one it automatically submits the second. I had a good first video but figured I would try to make a better one with the second, I stumbled on words and ended it early, but was forced to submit the second one.
