I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interviewer was over 20 minutes late for the interview despite telling me that they would be "ready in one minute." I was able to connect with a current rep in the next round who gave me a pretty "meh" opinion about the current manager. Despite numerous text, phone and email follow ups, I didn't hear from the hiring manager for about two weeks. I received an automated message that I would not be advancing. If the communication between manager and candidates was so poor, I can't imagine how they communicate with customers. Dodged a bullet here for sure! Junior varsity level stuff.

There was an initial one off meeting call with manager, then a screening with HR. We then moved on to a sit down interview and a ride a long. It was a long process and I would recommend they do not do this.
