Phone screen call completed, hiring manager call to follow (set up wrong by S&N recruitment) and Hiring managers 20min late to scheduled call. Site interview, drove 3+hours one way, to sit for 2hours, of free form (no real agenda or prepared questions) by both Hiring Manager and one other panelist....so disappointing and not the first time.
