Phone interview followed by an in person conversation with the corporate team explaining the expectation and goals for the position. Overall the questions discussed were relevant to the job and did not seem as difficult as one may think.

I started off as a specialty assistant in Dallas Texas. I was called and interview by the CEO and COO themselves. I have never met two people who cared so much to see if this would be a great fit NOT only for them but for me.
