Had an initial screening followed by an interview with a 2 person panel, questions were not so bad, thought I would at least hear back regardless of whether I would be moving on to the next interview or not. I sent a follow up email, heard nothing back then later saw them readvertise the position. It is rather telling and says a lot if an organisation can't be bothered to get back to you
