Smead interview questions

Was called by HR for a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. A week later I was called in for a round of in person interviews with the HR manager, the Marketing Director and the Marketing Manager. Everything was quite professional and much of the interview with all 3 individuals comprised of me describing my experiences. Other questions I specifically recall involved describing a difficult situation and how I dealt with it and what 3 words best describe me.
