I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Smartsalary (Sydney)
Interview
Was through a recruitment agency. People who interviewed me were very engaging and friendly but almost to the point where it felt a bit interrogating and asked very particular questions which caught me off guard. Went through the second round where I had to do a personality assessment online which took over an hour with very contradicting multiple choice answers. Wish they asked me during the interview and in person and didn't do that online process as I didn't get the job based on my answers which i wouldn't of chosen. Took a week to hear back aswell with no update or feedback.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Smartsalary (Sydney)
Interview
It was normal you sit with a hr representative and the team leader they discuss the job and ask behavioural based questions as well as kpi based questions. The initial interview is over the phone and you do a role play
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Smartsalary (Melbourne) in Nov 2017
Interview
Applied online (did not write cover letter.Only sent resume). Got a HR screening phone call next day. Then booked immediately booked a face-to-face interview with the manager and HR for the following week. The interview was about 40 minute long. One business day after the interview got another phone call from the HR who explained why they decided to go for another candidate and provided feedback for my interview.
The HR person was really very nice and efficient in the entire process. The interview was more like an enjoyable chat and the feedback is useful too. Overall it is a very good experience.
