      Principal Software Developer Interview

      2 Apr 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I applied online. I interviewed at Smartr365

      Interview

They (currently) just want someone to help them develop their first mobile app and service and they don’t know how. It’s a good technical contract job but not a permanent gig. They don’t even care about their long term needs for this role. Short term needs are king. I advise they look for a consultant instead. Nice people but they don’t differentiate between short term contracting jobs and long term needs (where knowledge of writing a good DDD software is more important and much more difficult than things you can easily Google).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What mobile FE technology would you choose. How would you write auth/autz for mobile service. They talked about above for ages 😅
