SmartestEnergy Software Engineering Manager interview questions

first round interview with the head of. He guy had very little interviewing skills and kept on interupting me as soon as I started answering questions. He had no knowledge of what was stated on my resume and asked me basic questions about if i knows about this and that. Only to be given a negative response 2 days later. I wonder if this interview was to satisfy their inclusivity stastistic as I am not british. Anyhow not a great loss as the company was not really well represented going by the interviewer.
