First interview with legal adviser and senior trader for one hour. Second interview was with the same legal adviser and senior trader (30 minutes) as well as her colleage (legal) and senior commercial (30 minutes). DISC profile (personality profile).
DON'T BOTHER, waste of time and money to interview with this company. They do not know who they want to hire, if they want to hire anyone at all. Imagine feedback being, "candidate did not answer with his/her guts" "candidate gave the answers emplyer want to hear" "candidate was not relaxed enough". How is any of this constructive feedback? The personality profile stated that I belong in a structured environment with rules, making me not suitable for the role. I laughed when the recruiter told me this. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
