At first, it was great. Very warm recruiter call and very friendly hiring managers and a sr dev. They asked scenerio based questions covers almost every point and i answered all greatly. (Even the questieons they think it's tricky). I've not heard anything back till i send a follow-up email to recruiter and she informed me that i didnt selected after a month! Very bad experience. I expected more than this at the first sight. I must admit that; All team members belongs to a specific race and i believe they want somebody as them, even though i was over qualified then sr dev position, still they didn't go with me and even didn't send me any update.
