Interview
The interview was the traditional 60 minutes long. I met with the HR representative and my potential manager. The first half of the interview I described my background and experience. The last half of the interview comprised of typical interview questions, about five or six.

We’ve talked about your strengths, what are some of your weaknesses?
There were not many questions, but the few that were asked were situational based on personal conflict, job-related successes and failures, and interactions with coworkers and managers.

Interview
Had several interviews with company HR at first which were very friendly. Most questions had to do with my experience, why i want the position, and some general professional related quesitons. Later I had an interview with someone on the credit team which was also friendly. This was mainly about credit specific questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
