I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SmartAsset (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
1. initial phone call, with mild tech screen
2. phone wit coderpad session
3. onsite, about 3hrs, meeting with people in teams of 2, including white board coding challenges
They don't give you any feedback on a decline. I know I breezed thru the tech portion, and showed interest in their matching algo along with being curious about how the biz operates and saying I liked their work culture. My recruiter kept asking for feedback, and got the silent treatment. Everything was fine with the interview experience (except the end). I understand I may be declined, but not to get feedback after all that, gives me a bad impression.
