Applied via a referral. Took 3+ weeks to finally hear back. First call was with a recruiter, extremely casual (~30 minutes). Immediately moved onto next round, which was a 2 hr panel interview, comprised of 4, 30 minute video calls. Received insight from my referral that the hiring manager was extremely impressed while I was on the call. Interview itself was extremely repetitive - was the same call, back to back, 4 separate times. Seemingly no cohesion and no internal syncing. Was told I would hear back by EOW, as they were looking to fill the position ASAP. Sent thank you notes to each interviewer, and to the recruiter. Followed up with the recruiter 3x over the next month, and finally received an automated, vague rejection email one month later. Followed up again and asked for feedback/insight, as I was told it was an amazing interview and they were excited about my candidacy. Never heard back.
