Smart Data Solutions Project Manager Consultant interview questions

Phone call with someone from HR, I had to email/call her back for an interview. The next process was a joint interview with the hiring manager and a colleague. The interview questions weren’t difficult but the project tasks were confusing. Doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. I also Waited weeks for an update and got ghosted after a thank you email and a follow up attempt. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and a wasted of my time.
