I gave them my resume at a career fair, and they immediately took me to a technical interview. Interview was pretty easy, just a text parser and some debugging. I never heard back from them after the interview, and later I learned that they weren't actually in need of any new employees. They were just interviewing people in case someone super impressive happened to pop up, so they could create a new job for them. I think it's super unprofessional to interview people, and then not even offer a rejection email.
