Applied online then got an invitation for initial interview thru text message. I went to the office as scheduled and waited for less than an hour for my turn. Questions were background check, education, thesis, ojt (since i'm just a graduating student), some questions about an experience regarding a situation, and then the job was explained and asked about your preferences (i.e willing to work at shifting sched, expected salary, etc)

i applied online, 2 days later I got a call from the HR asking if I was available, at the time I wasn't, so they asked me when I was available, I gave them a time and they called me around 4 PM, the interview was basic behavioral and education questions, mostly about college, since I am a fresh grad. it lasted about 20 minutes and at the end of the interview she asked me when I am available for a technical exam, and when I was available to start. the interviewer was very accommodating and friendly, she told me to keep my lines open, haven't contacted me yet, but its only been 3 days since they called. hoping to really get feedback (positive or negative).
