First contact was by email. Participated in a 30-minute phone interview that was casual yet to the point. Interviewed in person with talent manager and a VP. They were very respectful and honest

Interview
First interview is a phone screen with HR, incredibly easy. HR will just ask if you are capable of commuting to Sloan, if you’re okay with the pay range hours and dates. The hiring manager has likely already seen your resume and whittled their list down to <10.
Second interview will be with the hiring manager and very casual and free-flowing. General questions about school experience, interest in the role & Sloan in general, and skills/abilities.
The interview process was smooth. Phone interview then video interview over Skype. They asked pretty standard questions. Overall a positive experience. ? Be prepared to answer behavioral questions. Nothing too tricky.
