Slingshot Aerospace interview questions

I initially interviewed for one senior product designer role but then that role was filled and there was another senior product designer role the head of product felt I would be a better fit for. I had an initial screening call with the recruiter, followed by a 45 min call with the head of product, then an 1hr call with a product manager and ux researcher/designer. Finally I had a call with the manager of software engineering. It was a very streamlined and efficient interview process which I really appreciated. I also really appreciated the fact that they did not have me undertake a design exercise which so many companies have you do now for designers roles and don't pay you for. It was really a great experience and I wish more companies would such a well organized interview process.

HR screen to start, followed by interview with the hiring manager (going over resume and experience), followed by a technical presentation to hiring manager and other technical staff, followed by offer
