I submitted my application online and received a call back the next day I had a interview the following day the day following I had a phone interview the first interview was a one-on-one face interview the next one was a phone interview the next day I was offered the position
Easy, did a phone screen with HR and met with hiring manager in person. Expectations of job were very thorough and clear. Both people, HR and hiring manager were both professional and nice.

Interview
I was invited to attend an informational group interview. Afterwards, it concluded in a personal interview which was followed up a day later with an offer of employment and start date. I brought up the topic of compensation and quoted a number which was agreed upon. At the time, I didn't have reason to believe this was not the truth. I didn't find out that I was not on salary and that my hourly pay was much lower than I was told it would be until after my first pay check.
