I found job ad in student facebook group and applied online. The process was about 2 months long, started with sending CV, then filling out a curious questionnaire, attending an interview in café in Prague, creating reflection and accomplishing 3 testing tasks. The whole hiring process was the best I have had so far. I have not experienced similar interest in my personality from a company before. I wanted definitely to be part of that cool process. It was quite long, but a nice experience!
