Interview with two middle managers. They were relatively casual and a little awkward. Friendly enough. Called me in for an interview quite some time after I had applied due to taking on new employees for an existing project.

Kind of intense but what interview isn't. Interviewe by group. They will ask you to work on a white bord to prove you know something. They are looking for you to be knowledgeable and smart not a "perfect knows everything".
