Interview
One recruiter screen and then an interview with hiring manager and one more set with two other senior leaders. They didn't seem super organized, and they seemed all to happy to have a real consultant interviewing with them (not to sound snobby).
Three rounds with one face to face and the other virtual on teams. A mixture of technical and functional questions from Senior Directors and above. Very informal style which was focused on fit for company culture.

It was cordial and I learned a lot about the company and their structure. They provided an overview of their verticals. The Recruiter was able to provide insight on where they thought my experience fit into the company.

Lots of interviews. i interviewed with multiple people. The process took a very long time and it was often unclear as to next steps. Overall, the interview questions were not difficult but it felt strange.
