I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Spoke to recruiter, hiring manager, additional teammate, director, and finally the general manager. The questions were more about culture fit than hard skills. Speaking to multiple people allowed me to get to know Slalom better before joining.

The interview includes a couple rounds. The process was very welcoming and the Slalom interview committee makes you feel like they really want to get to know you. They ask you a lot about yourself and what kind of person you are. There are some questions about strengths and weaknesses, experience and how to work through a difficult time. Overall a positive and professional experience.
