Interview
Hiring process was very thorough and professional. Met with four different people prior to offer and negotiation. Big focus on soft consulting skills and cultural fit. Very quick feedback on scheduling and next steps. Met for lunch or coffee for all three interviews. Interviewed with lead recruiter, consultant, practice lead, and general manager.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
