Interview
Honestly everyone I spoke to was very nice but they need to condense their interview process.
I had 3 zoom interviews with an HR rep, and 3 interviews (all on separate days) with stakeholders. The entire process ended up taking weeks with no offer at the end. The job was only a moderate fit so I wasn’t surprised by not getting an offer, but felt the company wasn’t respectful of my time as they couldn’t schedule interviews back to back with key stakeholders, rather having me having to take multiple calls spaced out with several days between.
Also, just as a note, I got a rejection email that had the wrong name on it but, based on the name, was meant for someone with the same gender/ethnic background. I believe they must have confused me with another candidate because our names were not similar at all, which in my opinion, just gave me a strange feeling about the company. Nothing concrete there and I’m sure it was an honest mistake.

Interview
Overall it was a very confusing and disorganized experience, which I found surprising for a company that touts compassion and a positive employee experience. Initially I was contacted by recruiter, proceeded to have roughly six interviews with weeks of silence in between, over the course of a few months. During my final interview I was told the company was not currently hiring even though I was told throughout the process they were hiring for the role asap.

Interview
There are a few rounds of interviews that were over the phone and on Zoom. All interviewers made me feel comfortable and broke the ice quickly! I think it’s important to have a conversation rather than it just be a Q and A session. They also made themselves available outside the interview times for any additional questions, thoughts, or concerns.
