Interview
Very laid back and conversational, much more interested in you as a person than how well you can complete a case study and a pro-forma using Excel. The practice leader I sat down with was a cocky pos but you will find that anywhere that has someone in early 30s with no graduate degree and minimal leadership abilities running a part of an organization.

Straight forward - no major challenging questions. Behavioral mostly for the associate level, mine consisted of a 30 min call with manager and it was 20 minutes of regular chat

Interview
3 interviews. First 2 were about my experience, suitability for the role. Final interview a week after the 2nd was a data presentation task, presenting dataset in any way I chose.
Case study with 1 hour to prepare your answer and able to use any resources available. Straightforward case study with an hour to prepare before they call you back. You're able to use any resources at your disposal making it pretty easy.
