I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Apr 2021
Interview
One of the most pleasant interview processes that I experienced in my job hunt! Everyone who I spoke with genuinely wanted to get to know me, learn about my background, understand my interests and career goals to determine how I would best fit in at Slalom. I was asked a lot of situational questions and did not feel as though the interviewer was trying to challenge or trick me. Instead, they asked thoughtful follow-up questions and we had a conversation about my experiences. Each interviewer shared a unique perspective on their Slalom experience and it was evident that the company has very strong values at all levels. I was told the final round would be a case study interview, but I got an offer in the Delivery Leadership practice before that happened.
