Interview
The interview process was very different from anything I've experienced in the past; I mean this in a positive way. Every interview, from the initial with the recruiter to the final interview with the director, was well coordinated. My first interview was in a coffee shop close to where I was working. The other two interviews were onsite at the Slalom office. The HR coordinator worked well with me regarding dates and times. The interviewers focused on questions which gave insight to me and to my relevant work experiences. Although I was a nervous, the interviewers' relaxed style made it easy for me to relax.

There were 4 rounds of meeting with a series of individuals. The meeting and purpose lacked direction and seemed mostly exploratory in nature. Decided to discontinue engagement after a request for another presentation. No clear objective.
