Hiring process is good and the interview process is aimed at learning more on what you did rather knowing what you can do. Had to go to their office two times for face to face interviews. Senior management has shown lot of interest and they explained the vision and direction.

No difficult questions. They focus more on what you have done.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
