I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Denver, CO) in Nov 2010
Interview
There were a series of interviews. Since it is a smaller company they tend to not hire unless they are sure you can fill the backlog.
1st round was a get to know you
2nd round was more about experiences and see if a fit for a project , same with 3rd.
My biggest peeve was the "uncertainty" of the process, basically "You are great candidate", but no action/movement on their side to get things going.

Question 1
Why do you think you have the skills for XYZ position?
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Slalom (Santa Monica, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
