Interview
Spread out over a few weeks, with successive interviews escalating up the chain. First interview was with the Recruiter, then a Consultant, then the Practice Area Lead, then finally the office GM. Interviewers were definitely looking for cultural fit, with the Consultant and Practice Area Lead focusing more on big picture questions to gauge an understanding of the technological landscape.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
