Interview
Slalom was great interview process for me, I was in touch with the recruiter in April when I wasn't actively looking but was left with a solid understanding of Slalom's growth plans and story in our short call and was left feeling excited. I decided to stay at my employer a little longer which the recruiter totally understood and when I was ready to start the search in September I got back in touch and the response back was very quick.
The process lasted around 3 weeks and met with 6 people within the business which was good as it gave me a chance to meet people from consultant level through to the general manager. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very relaxed with every meeting that I had.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
