The interview process was pretty lengthy (I had a call with a recruiter in February and didn't have a final interview until June), but all interviewers were kind, extremely professional, and willing to accommodate my schedule!

Question 1
Questions were fairly standard (why Slalom, etc.) - interviewers were really focused on getting to know me and making sure I was a strong cultural fit. There was a case interview during the second round, which was collaborative and extremely fair.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
