I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Every person at Slalom that I met with during the interview process was so personable. I initially met for coffee with a member of the team that was hiring. I then had a phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Manager. I then went on to an in-person interview with several individuals in Human Resources. Overall it was a very positive experience!

Long and drawn-out interview process that took over a month. There didn't seem to be a process in place. Had to reach out to the recruiter several times. Hiring Manager appeared disconnected.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Sat through 9 video / phone interviews. NINE. Entire process took over two months. You guys are a waste of people's time. Not to mention the lengthy response time. Get your hiring process together. Also maybe read this article and stop over-interviewing candidates / wasting people's time. Each interview was 30-45 minutes. EXCESSIVE MUCH?
