Met a couple of guys for the actual interview. They were fine but the whole country was in shock (Nov 9th, 2016, morning interview): they didn't want to be there and their body language reflected it.

First guy, no malice I believe, asked me (Nov 9th, morning after 2016 election), (paraphrasing) "what did you think of the election?"

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
