I interviewed in 2021 and went through an initial Talent Acquisition screening, and then a “technical” interview, an interview with one of the senior leaders, and then an interview with the boss of the previous senior leader. It was fairly easy and the last interview was more the senior leader selling Slalom to me than a screening.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews — the first was a technical discussion, followed by sessions with the Practice Leader and the Region Leader.
Only the initial round was deeply technical and focused on modern architecture strategy, including conversations around newer technology stacks such as Databricks and Snowflake, and related implementation details.
I made it to the second interview. First one was with a recruiter, the second was with a senior team member. Interviews were both very conversational and overall pleasant experience.
