I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Salt Lake City, UT) in May 2015
Interview
Be prepared the process takes minimum of 6 hours. They started out with an hour long over all of Sky West and answered any questions that maybe they did not cover.Step 2- a 45 minute intermission, and promptly meeting back at the time they specified. There were only 50 candidates in one of the two interview rooms, we each were randomly called out of order to go in front of the entire group and explain under 2 minutes why Sky West should hire us. Step 3 when we returned, we were told to look on the door to see if our name was listed on the paper, if so we were told to again take a seat and wait to be called for a one on one interview.

Interview
I interviewed for the Flight Attendant position earlier this year. The process was very quick, I applied and did a skills assessment, and very shortly after I was invited to come to an in-person interview. They did a presentation, took a break, and then started bringing people back to do one-on-one interviews. The interviewers seemed disorganized during this process.
I arrived to the about an hour early, which was a good call because they interviewed people in order of arrival. I was among the first, but some people must have been waiting there late into the night. They asked me about my entire work history and why I left each role, then asked me a series of questions about my previous co-workers, how I handled problems, and why I wanted to be a flight attendant. I did not receive an offer, and I’m not sure why but I do not think I clicked with my interviewer.
