Interview
Interview phase I was a series of online question/confirmations. Interview phase II required recording myself answering a series of questions/prompts. Each question had a 2 minute recording limit and one redo per question.

Question 1
I was asked what I would do if a passenger had a question about missing a connecting flight
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
