Interview
I had a great experience it was simple and I did it in the time that worked best for me. I was so happy to receive my CJO within a day. How awesome it that!!!!!! I am at home here at SkyWest now I just have to prove to them I can do everything needed to be done to pass and get my WINGS!!!!! GO SkyWest you guys and gals are great!!!

Question 1
What have you done as a past employee at last job to promote safety on the job?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
