Our interview group in San Diego was small less than 45 people in a small conference room on the 13th floor. There were 6 female interviewers so everyone was able to get one on one sessions after the informational session. There was no group interview but best believe they are watching you from the moment you walk up to the door. Make sure to talk to everyone, lead but also listen in conversation. Be prepared and dont waste your time if you have visible tattoos, dont have a resume or professional attire. I am a female about 5 6, 125pounds, i wore Flat Jimmy Choos and a fitted blue dress with a blazer. You dont have to wear heels and if you do, make sure they are not over 2.5 inches. Leave your cocktail hour and stripper heels at home! Cant tell you how many people were not dressed like they were going to an interview. Watch some YouTube videos to prepare, wear a watch, only 1 pair of earrings no larger than a dime. Men, got it easy. Women have options. Dont be afraid to wear a color that pops if it looks good and is professional. The informational session was very informative, i didnt ask questions during this because they were pretty thorough I did ask questions during one on one interview. Make sure you listen and arent just asking a question they already answered like one girl in my group, and be prepared to be tested on your ability to handle negativity. Stay positive, Smile, laugh, but be Yourself, your best You. Overall the process was fun, the Interviewers themselves i found mostly to be low energy and uncultured, some were not even dressed professionally and just looked a hot mess with their outfit, some were uniform which the uniforms were super cute. Advice for interviewers you are representing your company, look the part! It was embarrassing to see some the outfits and the dull attitude that came with it like they really didnt want to be there conducting interviews.
