Interview
Initial pre-screen with hiring manager with basic technical questions and personality/work ethic assessment. On-site coding interview followed by shorter, less-formal interview with other coworkers. Process took about 3 hours. I heard back the following day with an offer.

Code up a basic login page using Spring/Oracle/JavaScript/JSP from the ground up just given a computer and IDE.

First steps, were 2 phone interviews. The first one was a business get to know you type of phone screen. The second was technical phone screen.
Second steps, were in person interview. They had me do a programming problem on a computer right there. And then I talked to the rest of the staff.
