Candidates interview one on one with at least half the company so that a consensus can be achieved regarding hiring. They pride themselves on NOT hiring unfit candidates through this process.

Most questions were very typical of the interview process. The hardest question was "Why do you want to work here?"

Multi-part interview. First, normal HR procedure to get in the door. Then half the company interviews you over a day, followed by the CEO. Everything is a group decision, and any one single person can veto your acceptance.

Living in Iowa - it's hard to know how long you'll stay when you're new to Iowa. Everything is great initially, but life changes. They offer to pay you $2k to choose to not accept if you don't feel the position is a fit. Pretty unexpected.
